Core AI Agent Terms of Use (AI Additional Terms)

These Core AI Agent Terms of Use (the "AI Additional Terms") apply to your access to or use of any Core AI Agent feature(s) made available by Coreway, and form part of the Terms of Service or the Master Services Agreement, as applicable, between you and Coreway (together, the "Agreement"). Any capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in these AI Additional Terms have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. References to "Customer Data" in these AI Additional Terms shall also mean User Content for purposes of the Agreement.

If you do not wish to use Core AI Agent, or do not agree with these AI Additional Terms, you may disable Core AI Agent in your account settings or workspace administration console.

"Core AI Agent" means the tool(s) or feature(s) made available by Coreway that utilize data models trained by machine learning and artificial intelligence to assist users in querying HR-related policies, rules, and process information.

1. Improving Core AI Agent

Your access to or use of Core AI Agent does not grant Coreway any right or license to use or share your Customer Data in a manner that is inconsistent with the Agreement, unless you otherwise agree.

2. Input and Output

You may provide content to Core AI Agent for processing ("Input"), and receive the response generated by Core AI Agent based on such Input ("Output"). When using Core AI Agent, Input and Output are Customer Data for purposes of the Agreement.

You are responsible for the creation and use of your Input, and for any decision or action you take in reliance on the Output. You agree that your Input, your access to and use of Core AI Agent, and the Output will not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• violate these AI Additional Terms or any related company policy; or
• infringe, violate, or misappropriate any right of Coreway or any third party.

You acknowledge that, due to the nature of AI-generated content, Output from Core AI Agent may not be unique, and may be the same as or similar to output received by other users.

3. Sensitive or Regulated Information

Certain Core AI Agent features (for example, verification of sick leave certificates) involve the processing of health-related documents uploaded by employees. Such information constitutes sensitive personal data under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, "PDPO"). Coreway will process such data in accordance with its internal data security measures, and solely for the purpose of verifying leave applications, and for no other purpose.

Other than in the specific processing scenarios described above that Coreway has expressly designed for a particular feature, you must not provide, or attempt to generate through Core AI Agent, any of the following categories of sensitive information:

• government-issued identification numbers of any kind (such as identity card or passport numbers);
• personal financial or bank account information; or
• any other health, medical, physiological, or genetic information unrelated to the design of a Core AI Agent feature.

4. Model Providers and Data Processing

Core AI Agent's operation incorporates AI models from external providers. Coreway may, in its sole discretion, add, remove, or change the model providers it integrates.

Content you input into Core AI Agent is transmitted to the relevant model provider for real-time processing, and, under a zero data retention ("ZDR") arrangement, is not retained by the provider after processing is complete. For purposes of these AI Additional Terms, "ZDR" refers to a workflow or processing endpoint under which no Input is retained by the model or endpoint after processing. 5. Third-Party Policies

Core AI Agent incorporates AI models from third-party providers, which are made available to you through the Core AI Agent interface. Coreway may, in its sole discretion, add, remove, limit, or otherwise modify the third-party providers it integrates at any time.

If you choose to use Core AI Agent, you must do so in compliance with the policies of any third-party provider whose services you use. These policies are not set or controlled by Coreway, and it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with them.

6. Use Restrictions

You must not use Core AI Agent or its Output:

• to develop any data set, foundation model, or other large-scale model that may compete with Coreway or Core AI Agent;
• to modify Core AI Agent or create derivative works based on it;
• to mislead any person, or to imply that any Output is unique or was solely human-generated;
• to generate spam or misleading content;
• in any manner that violates any law, regulation, or company policy;
• to reverse engineer, decompile, perform model extraction, or engage in stealing attacks against Core AI Agent or the models it uses, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
• to extract data through any unauthorized channel.

Coreway reserves the right to limit or suspend your access to Core AI Agent in the event of abnormal usage patterns or misuse.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

COREWAY MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF CORE AI AGENT, OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY OTHER INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH CORE AI AGENT. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF CORE AI AGENT IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND OBTAINED AT YOUR SOLE RISK. DUE TO THE NATURE OF MACHINE LEARNING AND DATA MODELS, OR CHANGES TO THE DATA MODEL OR UNDERLYING DATA AFTER AN OUTPUT IS GENERATED, ANY OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN MATERIAL INACCURACIES OR UNVERIFIED INFORMATION. YOU SHOULD NOT USE OR RELY ON ANY OUTPUT WITHOUT INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ITS ACCURACY.

NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM COREWAY OR THROUGH CORE AI AGENT SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE AI ADDITIONAL TERMS. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, COREWAY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUTPUT FROM CORE AI AGENT IS PROVIDED FOR REFERENCE ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A FORMAL HR, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL DECISION. Binding matters such as leave approval, salary calculation, and other employment entitlements remain subject to the company's official policies, confirmation by HR personnel, or the relevant written documentation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREWAY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO CORE AI AGENT, YOUR USE OF CORE AI AGENT, OR ANY OUTPUT OF CORE AI AGENT SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED HONG KONG DOLLARS (HKD 100.00).

CORE AI AGENT IS SUPPLEMENTAL TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THE AGREEMENT. COREWAY MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OR UPTIME OF CORE AI AGENT, AND MAY DISCONTINUE OR MODIFY CORE AI AGENT OR THESE AI ADDITIONAL TERMS AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WITHOUT AFFECTING ANY WARRANTY OR SERVICE-LEVEL COMMITMENT APPLICABLE TO THE OTHER PRIMARY SERVICES UNDER THE AGREEMENT.

8. Modification and Termination

Coreway may, where necessary, modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of Core AI Agent, and will notify users by email or by posting a notice within the Services. Any revision to these AI Additional Terms will take effect once this document is updated.
